Dr. Graneiro joined Asthma and Allergy Associates of Florida in 2025 after completing her Allergy & Immunology Fellowship at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami, FL, where she also completed her Pediatric Residency and served as the Fellows Representative.

She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University and holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology with distinction in Neuroscience from Duke University. Prior to medical school, Dr. Graneiro worked at the Duke University Medical Center, conducting research on brain-machine interfaces and assisting with ophthalmological clinical trials as a project manager assistant.

Dr. Graneiro has been actively involved in a range of research projects, including a recent study analyzing anaphylaxis rates in South Florida before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. She has presented her research at esteemed national meetings such as the American Academy of Asthma Allergy and Immunology (AAAAI), Clinical Immunological Society (CIS), and American College of Asthma Allergy and Immunology (ACAAI). In 2022, she had the privilege of presenting the Case of the Year at the annual pre – American Academy of Dermatology meeting. Additionally, Dr. Graneiro is board-certified in pediatrics and has recently published two articles in Pediatrics in Review.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Graneiro enjoys traveling (having explored 46 countries), event decorating, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
