We offer real-time online appointment scheduling, however, some doctors may not have all appointment availability listed. If you are an existing patient please call 888.737.6326 to schedule an appointment.
Important Notes regarding your visit:
- NEW PATIENTS: If you take antihistamines, you must book your appointment 5 days from stopping antihistamines. Antihistamines will interfere with testing, for a detailed list, click here.
- REFERRALS REQUIRED: If your insurance requires a referral we may need to cancel your appointment until we receive one.
- If you require a translator for your appointment, please request when booking the appointment and share when confirming the appointment over the phone.
- Patients who cancel or no show their appointment with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a fee.
